This mixed-used scheme is centred around bringing a brownfield site, in a prime location, into full use. The development comprises of 17 housing units, a boutique hostel and a modern restaurant along with enhanced public river walkways for the entire community to utilise. The scheme will revitalise two derelict and vacant buildings located on the main street to create an enhanced vibrant street front.
